Life is good
Play a game of padel tennis, take a quick shower at home and unwind in the library. Sip an espresso in the market hall cafe before picking up some delicacies for the World Cup semifinal, to be broadcast on the square’s large outdoor screen. With a hockey game tomorrow morning, it will be an early night after all. Life can be bustling with activity, especially if you live in Rosendal Square.
Rosendal is creating Uppsala’s newest public square, surrounded by restaurants, libraries, sports centers and a gourmet food hall. Four hundred modern, smart apartments of between 25 and 100 square meters are centrally located within the district. A bicycle path joins the area’s green space with the trail to Uppsala’s downtown core. The sports arena’s rooftop harnesses solar energy to provide the property’s electricity and hot water.
Rosendal Square will house three sport courts, one with a capacity for 2500 spectators. These sporting facilities will feature two padel tennis courts and a sports bar.
We are also building a library and rehearsal/recording studio to serve and inspire Uppsala’s dynamic arts & culture community.
Located in the south of Uppsala, Rosendal Square will be a vibrant home for active residents. Sales start in 2016.
