In Rosendal, Uppsala’s newest district, the town square serves as the epicenter for a vibrant and thriving community. A total of 470 modern, micro apartments are surrounded by a food court, restaurants, a library and sports arenas.

Torbjörn Square is conveniently located In the middle of Svartbäcken, one of Uppsala’s northern districts. Here, ninety-one homes will be built above a grocery store. This square building features a large private courtyard with plenty of space for playing and socializing.
Uppsala Trade Center
Uppsala’s growing population is spreading out beyond the city. Located on the outskirts, the Boländerna area will be the focal point for some major, exciting changes. Our newest planned development will create an entirely new neighborhood just south of Uppsala’s commuter hub.
Situated in the Kåbo neighbourhood of central Uppsala surrounded by centuries-old villas and next to the Linnaeus Botanical Gardens, we created homes with all the advantages of villa living in a park-like setting.
Löten Football Arena
Like the SEB USIF Arena, this is a project that allows sport to make an even larger mark on Uppsala’s cityscape. Functioning as a training facility for elite football in Uppsala, our vision is to create a state-of-the-art and flexible facility featuring a full-sized football field as well as a number of smaller field configurations that can be combined in various sizes.
Uppsala is a bicycle-loving city. However, city residents agree on the need for smarter, more organized parking solutions. Rosendal is proposing a large, underground bicycle garage, northwest of the station building, accessible via wide ramps. This innovative concept is not only practical but also strengthens our profile as a modern city for cycling.
